If you are not based in Berlin or simply prefer to meet from home, we are happy to offer a personal wedding ring consultation online via Zoom.
We have many years of experience advising couples online and have found that most questions and details can be discussed just as naturally from a distance.
An online consultation takes around 30 minutes and can be booked directly through our calendar.
Explore Our Collection
Before your appointment, we recommend taking a look through our wedding ring collection online and getting a first feel for the designs you are drawn to. You may already have a few favourites in mind – if so, we can use these as a starting point and explore the different options together during your consultation.
During the Zoom consultation, we can look at your favourites together, discuss your ideas and answer any questions you may have. We will guide you through the different options for design, width, surface finish and gold alloy, as well as engravings, gemstone settings and individual adjustments.
We will also talk about your wedding date and the production and shipping timeline, so we can make sure there is enough time for your rings to be made and delivered to you.
Alloys, Finishes & Engravings.
Some details are naturally easier to understand when you can see them rather than simply read about them. After the consultation, we can therefore send you videos showing different gold alloys and finishes if helpful. Depending on the design and your individual situation, it may also be possible to send sample rings in silver, giving you a better sense of your preferred design, shape and proportions before making your final decision.
While we cannot physically measure your ring size during an online appointment, we will guide you through the best ways to determine it accurately and share our ex-perience on what to look out for when measuring.

Production & Delivery
After your appointment, we will send you an individual quote based on everything we have discussed. Once the details are confirmed, your wedding rings will be made for you in our Berlin atelier.
A classic or hammered gold ring usually takes around 2–3 weeks to make. For a gemstone setting, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks, and approximately 2 more weeks for an engraving. For online orders, we will also take the shipping time into account.
