Baguette stands for the long and rectangular cutting. The baguette cut is an exact rectangular facet cutting. A typical baguette cutting is twice to three times as long as it is wide. All its facets are parallel to the outer edges. As a result, this cut radiates calmness and serenity compared to the classic brilliant cutting. The baguette cutting is a symbol of reduced elegance and clarity. You receive a 'Diamond Pass' as a guarantee and memento. White gold is more expensive than yellow gold, as no copper but palladium is used in the alloy. Some of the pictures show the model in yellow gold. One of the special features of this ring is the position of the frame. The diamond is placed lengthwise, the width and height of the ring band are almost the identical to those of the diamond, creating a simple yet elegant look. The socket is built within the ring band instead of being mounted on top of it. The result is not only an ultra minimalistic design, but also a secure construction for the diamond, making the ring highly wearable for daily life. Additionally, due to the thickness of the band, the ring is less prone to deformation as it is commonly known from everyday use. *After your order has been placed, we will create the custom-made piece. Due to the difficulty of making changes to this model, custom-made pieces are unfortunately excluded from exchange. Maintaining Gold-plated Jewelry
Gold plated jewelry has undergone a particular surface treatment and requires a very careful handling. Do not use abrasive methods to clean
these pieces (including jewelry cloths) as this may remove the surface coating. The best way to clean these pieces is to carefully rub them lengthwise with a soft cloth (cotton jersey) in one direction. If they remain dull or have a residue, you can carefully soak them in warm soapy water and gently move your fingers across the surface. To finish, rinse them thoroughly and pat dry (do not rub). Over the course of time the surface will get a patina, which some people love as it gives the piece a unique character. However, each piece can be restored to its original look by repeating the surface treatment. If you are interested, please contact us. In order to support the longevity of your jewelry, avoid contact with humidity. Remove your jewelry before bathing, showering or swimming. Store your valuable jewelry in jewelry cases. Avoid contact with moisturizers, perfumes, hair care products and body care products, as they can accelerate the tarnishing process. Always remove your gold plated pieces when you come into contact with the aforementioned chemicals.
