Flowring Pearls Earrings
Pearl studs gold from the Flowring Pearls Collecction.
This collection combines minimal geometric shapes with fresh water pearls. The distinctive feature of this pair is the abundance of subtle details and the play with symmetry. One earring has the pearl on the inside and the other one on the outside. The surface is matt on the outside and polished on the inside, allowing more light to reflect on the pearl when it is placed inside and creating a vivid contrast in the design. Alternatively we also make the earrings with the pearl on the inside of the ring. Please choose in the options if you want to order the symmetrical or asymmetrical studs. The ear studs create a modern interpretation of the classic pearl earrings - the minimal form of the matt ring corresponds playfully with the traditional pearl.
Materials
Gold plated 925 sterling silver and fresh water pearls
*In making jewelry, pearls are usually glued to the pieces. In this case, the pearl is not just glued to the side of the gold disc, but to a gold pin that goes inside the pearl. This maximizes the surface contact to make it more secure.
This pair of earrings is also available in 14k gold, in silver and in blackened silver with grey pearls.

All jewelry pieces are handmade in our Berlin atelier. Each piece comes in a black Cirer jewelry box.
Maintaining Gold-plated Jewelry
Gold plated jewelry has undergone a particular surface treatment and requires a very careful handling. Do not use abrasive methods to clean
these pieces (including jewelry cloths) as this may remove the surface coating. The best way to clean these pieces is to carefully rub them lengthwise with a soft cloth (cotton jersey) in one direction. If they remain dull or have a residue, you can carefully soak them in warm soapy water and gently move your fingers across the surface. To finish, rinse them thoroughly and pat dry (do not rub). Over the course of time the surface will get a patina, which some people love as it gives the piece a unique character. However, each piece can be restored to its original look by repeating the surface treatment. If you are interested, please contact us. In order to support the longevity of your jewelry, avoid contact with humidity. Remove your jewelry before bathing, showering or swimming. Store your valuable jewelry in jewelry cases. Avoid contact with moisturizers, perfumes, hair care products and body care products, as they can accelerate the tarnishing process. Always remove your gold plated pieces when you come into contact with the aforementioned chemicals.
